Wireless Sensor Networks have dedicated tiny sensors to monitor, to sense the environment and physical space. The sensors collect the sensed data and transfer it to the sink node through the network. There are different applications of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) including industrial, military, and health applications. The coverage of a particular environmental area is the most important role of the sensor nodes in connected WSNs. WSN is a rapidly booming field for research and development. Coverage and Connectivity are measured as a key issue in WSN. In WSN, Coverage is a measure of how efficiently a sensor can sense a physical region. Connectivity is the capability of a sensor node to be connected and to reach the neighboring nodes. Coverage and connectivity is determined as the measure of Quality of Service (QoS). newline newlineHeterogeneous Wireless Sensor Network (HWSN) contain many sensor nodes with different capabilities, such as different energy level, computing battery power, communication range and sensing range. The primary issue of research in HWSN is to arrange the sensors with different capabilities like power, sensing range, communication range in WSN and route the sensed information from the sensor nodes to a sink node with dynamism. newline newline newline newlineIn HWSN, the sensor nodes are tiny devices with varying transmission range, computing power, memory and energy levels. Maximized coverage and connectivity among HWSN is not provided in a well-organized way. In most of the existing methods, the coverage and connectivity are not applied efficiently in the environment of HWSN. The methods provided are highly static and they are not well-suitable for the dynamic environment of HWSN. Coverage and connectivity preservation are not provided in HWSN. This is because of the failure of nodes in the WSN. The sensor nodes are deployed in the sensor field for a long time. The sensor nodes deployed in the WSN may fail due to various reasons. The major reason for node failure is because of nodes energy depletion duri
