Abstract

Introduction: Organisations are accountable for enhancing their achievements in newlinesustainability, society and business. To achieve cost savings and greater efficiencies, companies newlinefocus on lowering their impact on the environment, complying with laws and providing what newlinetheir stakeholders expect. With green HRM, companies can hire, train and provide motivation newlineto workers in making the workplace more sustainable. Electronics manufacturing service sector newlineis restructuring business design and operations in line with sustainability. By incorporating newlineenvironmental responsibility with operational efficiency helps manufacturers build resilience newlineand maintain global relevance. newlinePurpose: The Electronic Manufacturing Service Sector (EMS) remains newlineunderrepresented in green management research, especially concerning with integrated newlinesustainability models. Prior studies mainly investigate isolated links. To bridge this gap, the newlinestudy made its attempt empirically grounded, theoretically cohesive model that examines the newlinecollective impact on GHRM, GINN, EGB, and GTL on organizational sustainability with EMS newlinesector. Studies on this particular sector remains underexplored. newlineResearch Methodology: The study confirms its affirmation with electronic newlinemanufacturing services sector from Chennai, Chengalpattu and Kanchipuram districts of Tamil newlineNadu. As the focus of the company selection includes product linked incentive 2.0 schemes newlinelisted companies from Tamil Nadu. The sample used was 624 from five listed companies of newlineMeity.
