Abstract

Our rationale basis is that the multifaced dendrimer could be a potential treatment approach for AD. The CAF MEM Tf PM mediated dendrimeric platform significantly increased codrug solubility while limiting the usage of toxic organic solvents. In conclusion these data suggest that transferrin conjugated PAMAM dendrimeric formulation might stimulate nanotechnological systems to treat AD with minimal side effects. The prepared formulation might be a unique platform for improving symptomatic alleviation such as memory and cognition ensuring proof of concept validation. In the context of an amyloid induced rat model tailored dendrimeric formulations including neurotherapeutics are among the most promising strategies for future AD therapy. The imperative need for a rational approach in the AD field makes this a substitute for existing therapy. newline
