In the present analysis ZnTiO3, PbTiO3 and MgTiO3 have been preferred for investigation as a potential material for photocatalytic application. Apart from these preparations of pure, Ag doped and (Ag-Fe) codoped ZnTiO3/PbTiO3/MgTiO3 perovskite nanoparticles, the photocatalytic activity of methyl blue (MB) dye was analyzed. The most important objective of this effort is to optimize the circumstances for the methyl blue dye degradation by different pH, irradiation time, calcination temperature of the samples, doping and codoping concentrations. newlineThe crystal structure and phase purity of pure and doped ZnTiO3/PbTiO3/MgTiO3 nanoparticles was done using X-ray diffraction (XRD) method. The XRD pattern shows that well-defined peaks mentioned at a high level of crystalline and it reveals that the prepared pure and Ag doped ZnTiO3 nanoparticles are hexagonal (wurtzite) structure of pure ZnTiO3. The XRD pattern of (Ag-Fe) codoped ZnTiO3 shows strong and sharp peaks, which proves the polycrystalline hexagonal structure of ZnTiO3. newlineThe X-ray diffraction pattern of pure and various concentration of Ag-doped PbTiO3 and (Ag-Fe) codoped PbTiO3 reveals that the tetragonal phase of PbTiO3. XRD pattern of the pure, Ag doped and (Ag-Fe) codoped MgTiO3 confirms that the perovskites are rhombohedral phase. The calculated average crystalline size was 24.46, 23.60 and 26.81 nm for pure, Ag doped and (Ag-Fe) codoped MgTiO3 respectively,. newlineThe surface morphology of pure, Ag doped and (Ag-Fe) codoped ZnTiO3/PbTiO3/MgTiO3 perovskite nanoparticles was analyzed using Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM). For pure ZnTiO3, some rod and disk like nano crystals as precisely observed. newline
