| dc.description.abstract | Power quality issues include voltage sags and swells, imbalance, newlineharmonic distortion, and abrupt interruption. There are several loads that are newlinesusceptible to these issues. There is a large variety of equipment in this newlinecategory that is very susceptible to voltage fluctuations. In order to prevent newlinesensitive loads from voltage sags and other voltage disturbances, the Dynamic newlineVoltage Restorer (DVR) has been developed recently. In addition, it reduces newlinethe amount of voltage harmonic distortion that is produced. Power electronic newlinecircuits are used in the construction of this gadget, which is in series with newlineanother. As one of the most efficient and successful methods, it is often newlineregarded as such. Its advantages include a reduced footprint and a rapid newlinedynamic reaction to disruptions. An improvement of the power quality newlinedistribution (medium voltage) system is described in this work by the DVR, newlineaccording to their recommendation. There are many different control newlinetechniques used in the DVR to regulate the compensation voltage and newlineharmonic can cellation.Abnormal voltage sag/swell, voltage imbalances, and sudden harmonics are all compensated for by the digital voltage regulator. Already integrated newlineinto the DC (Direct Current)-DC Cascaded Converter and Voltage Source newlineInverter (VSI), the DVR, with the assistance of a Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) newlinesystem, reduces disruption in current and voltage levels. It is possible to newlineincrease the voltage of the SPV panel with the assistance of a DC-DC newline newline | |
