The extract were column chromatographed on silica gel the flavanoid compound was found, which was established by UV, HPTLC. Physicochemical parameter of the fraction C revealed it is a flavonoid. Both flower extract shows similar spectral details of IR, UV, NMR and HPTLC. Further investigation subjected to UV and#654; max 256 and 366 nm on a video image of HPTLC. The IR spectrum shows the presence of hydroxyl group and aromatic ring. NMR revealed that all the spectral details suggest the flavonoids skeleton, hence the flavonoids skeleton further it is proved by TLC by running in a authentic sample by attain the same Rf value. The authentic sample as quercetin. Fraction C revealed that it may be a quercetin. The both dried floral extract was incorporated into tablet formulation. The Tablets shows good physical appearance, prominent physic-chemical parameters and in-vivo evaluation. The Pharmacodynamic activities like anti- hyperlipidemic, anti-diabetic, skeletal muscle relaxant, wound healing, in-vitro anti-cancer, anti-oxidant, anti-fungal and antibacterial studies were performed of which all the results shown significant effect and extract assume to posses wide range of activities may be due to flavonoids. Hyperlipidemic is secondary metabolic dysregulation associated with diabetic. Hence it is potential herbal medicine is a poly therapy is treating both diabetic and hyperlipidemea. The synergetic effect of new formulation was found to be significant in the treatment of diabetic and hyperlipidemic. Skeletal muscle relaxant reduces the fall off time (motar coordination) and highly significant at 30 min of duration, it also shows significant muscle relaxant the studies indicate that glycosides may be present in the methanolic extract shows depolarizing neuromuscular junction blocking effect, thus muscle relaxantionmay be produced due to depolaring blockage of neuromuscular junction. Hence, in future the two floral extract tablet dosage form may be a suitable candidate to eradicate the life threatening diseases in human health care system.
