Sexual harassment of women in the workplace is a serious violation of human rights that hinders efforts to achieve gender equality and to ensure the safety of the workplace. Across the cities of Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Porbandar, Junagadh, Jamnagar and Morbi. this research study, titled quotSexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace with Special Reference to Human Rights: A Comparative Study of Public and Private Hospitals of Select Cities of Saurashtra, quot investigates the prevalence of sexual harassment of women in the workplace, as well as the awareness of the issue and the reporting mechanisms that are in place.
