dc.description.abstractSquat lifespan incessant innovation in technology affordable price of the electrical and electronic appliances ensued in the implausible accumulation of e waste across the globe India tops the spot in the massive producers of e waste along with the countries Europe USA Australia and China In spite of such colossal generation e waste management is deprived and also the informal ways of e waste processing are highly vulnerable to the local inhabitants As the e waste is the secondary resources of valuable metals the recent researches are progressing in the efficient recovery and reuse of such metals in the varied applications One such interesting application is that the oxide form of these metals can be used as potent adsorbents for the removal of textile dyes from the aqueous solutions Dyes are referring to the colored compounds imparting colors to the fabrics in the dyeing industries About 20 of these dyes are washed away in the processing phase and drained as effluents which are then dispersed into the local water bodies without any treatment process newline
