Abstract
The final chapter synthesizes the findings of the study and offers practical recommendations to strengthen the Dimasa tribe s traditional justice system. It emphasizes the importance of legal recognition for customary practices while safeguarding their cultural identity. Suggestions include the codification of customary laws, capacity-building programs for traditional leaders, and the establishment of hybrid dispute resolution mechanisms that combine the strengths of traditional and formal systems. The chapter advocates for a balanced approach that respects tribal autonomy, promotes inclusivity, and ensures alignment with constitutional principles. It concludes by underscoring the need for continued research and dialogue to address emerging challenges and opportunities for the Dimasa justice system in a rapidly changing socio-legal landscape.
