Analysis for Management of Karmas With Reference To Mahabandh

Abstract

The objective of the study work includes explaining the complex process of operation of karma theory, providing for interdisciplinary approach of Management and Karmas, through the ancient Jain text, Mahabandh which has been used for analysis for management of karmas. Control of passions is imperative for better management and other activities of life. There is enormous literature on this subject and has been captured through review of select Management theories, Jain literatures that focuses on karma theories, review of other karma theories. Identification of gaps has also been done. Research design and methodology primarily adopts qualitative research approach. newline
