Cancer and tumor malignancies falls among the most complicated and difficult to treat diseases due to newlineits unpredicted growth and symptoms. Despite of decades of research in cancer biology, cancer is the newlineleading cause of death to the mankind. Thus, it is very important to detect and diagnose cancer in a very newlineearly stage for the effective treatment. Nanotechnology based anticancer drug provides a promising newlinepharmaceutical weapon to conquer over the malignant cells. newlineThe thesis entitled Biocompatible Nanoparticles for Cancer Drug Delivery and Therapeutics by newlineFacilitating Nitric Oxide Release consists of eight chapters. Chapter 1 discuss the introduction of newlinethesis. It presents a short review on the need of developing the biocompatible for a targeted drug delivery. newlineChapter 2 is designed based on Gastrointestinal Tract mechanism for nitrite detection using Nature s newlinebiomolecule Thioproline which was first modelled on gold for electrochemical detection of NO and later newlinethe model is used to detect NO in biological samples (plasma, Saliva and Urine).Chapter 3 is a new newlineinsight developed for the interaction mechanism of protein with conducting biomimetic polydopamine newlinesurfaces on gold based on eelectrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Chapter 4 describes the human newlinenitric oxide biomarker as potential NO donor in conjunction with superparamagnetic iron oxide at gold newlinecore-shell nanoparticles for cancer therapeutics. Chapter 5 describe the role of multifunctional newlinenanoparticles based on superparamagnetic iron oxide-gold core shell nanoparticles for cancer newlinetherapeutics and differential haemolysis depending upon type of blood group. Chapter 6 describes the newlinepotential of mussel inspired magnetic core shell nanoparticles for DOX delivery for cancer therapeutics newlineto overcome the limitation of gold nanoparticles and enhance the surface functionality of the developed newlinenanocarrier. Chapter 7 is then designed to widen the application of polydopamine modified newlinesuperparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles immobilized with biomimetic peptide for enhan
