Abstract

ABSTRACT newlineIn this digital transformation era, every country is striving to grow economically. newlineAlthough the new ideology is money, it is an entrepreneur that leads the nation into growth and newlinesuccess. Globally, entrepreneurship implements policies based on each countries laws and newlineregulations. Many countries are favourable for the development of organizations, for economic newlinegrowth. The rules and procedures need to be flexible for a strong entrepreneur, which helps build newlinea start-up ecosystem. A sound ecosystem will provide an opportunity in global markets and new newlinebusiness scalability. Business models and innovation have maximized the growth of start-ups in newlinetheir chance and scalability. In the recent surge, adopting different models has a systematic newlineapproach to realising business sustainability measures. newlineThe present thesis aims to study the different business models adopted, which positively impact newlineprofit and revenue rates. The measures practiced by start-ups for business sustainability have newlinebusiness scalability, developed, and delivered across different geographies. The scope of the study newlineis Bangalore/India-based ITES start-ups, and 384 samples were considered primary data. These newlinedata are tested using a multivariate regression method. The choice of the suitable model has newlineincreased the annual profit rate and revenue rate. Many start-ups have adopted an agile business newlinemodel followed by the cloud computing model to increase the annual profit rate. The measures newlineadopted to the sustainability of a business, to increase customer base, merger, acquisitions, etc., newlinehave business scalability. These strategies have been developed in recent years; there is a limited newlinestudy on the success rate. Moreover, though many studies are related to start-ups, a systematic newlineapproach and a proven model for success vary for each organisation on long-term goals.
