Nanomaterials stand to show an essential part in daily life of human beings newlinebecause of their future applications in different fields. A great pact of investigation was looking newlinetowards the modification of advanced nanomaterials and synthesis to be used as catalysts for newlinethe generation of hydrogen by way of photocatalytic dye degradation and water splitting newlinereaction. newlineThe thesis consists of 6 chapters are as follows. newlineChapter 1 A brief overview of the materials classification, properties, preparation newlinemethods, applications including hydrogen production via water splitting reaction and newlinephotocatalytic dye degradation applications and literature review. newlineChapter 2 Investigation of Hydrogen generation of TiO2 nanoparticles: Synthesized via newlineIonothermal method. TiO2 nanoparticles were characterized by various analytical techniques. newlineInvestigation of H2 production tests were employed. newlineChapter 3.1 Investigation of Ag-ZnO nanoparticles by SCS method using extract of newlineturmeric root as a fuel. Photocatalytic hydrogen generation measurements have been studied newlineafter suitably characterizing the materials by XRD, FTIR, UV-Vis spectrum, SEM, TEM, newlineXPS, and PL spectroscopy. newlineChapter 3.2 deals with the results of the synthesized ZnO nanoparticles by way of SCS newlinemethod using watermelon juice as a novel fuel. ZnO Nanoparticles were characterized by newlinevarious systematic procedures. Zinc Oxide nanoparticles deals with the results of newlinephotodegradation of methylene blue dye. newlineChapter 4.1 Investigations of Zinc Oxide NPs by sugarcane juice as a fuel by SCS method. newlineThe material was well characterized by various systematic procedures. Zinc Oxide newlinenanoparticles deals with the results of photodegradation of methylene blue dye. newlineChapter 4.2 ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized by seeds of Rajma germinated and nongerminated newlinepowder as a fuel by SCS method.
