Wireless technology has emerged as a viable alternative to wired connectivity, presenting numerous advantages to cater to the needs of users. These benefits cover the highest flexibility, improved efficiency, cost-effectiveness, global coverage, and portability. Microstrip antennas, renowned for their practical attributes such as compact size, affordability, simplicity in design, and lightweight construction, have gained significant popularity. Reconfigurable antennas provide multiple advantages in the realm of wireless communication systems, endowing them with enhanced functionality and adaptability. These antennas are inventively constructed to dynamically modify their operating characteristics, thereby allowing for the adjustment of radiation patterns, frequencies, and polarizations. Reconfigurable antennas offer a compact size, making them highly suitable for integration into small devices or systems with limited space. newlineIn this research, an initial concept entails a V-shaped long wire resonant antenna, which serves as the foundation for the frequency reconfigurable antennas. The radiation frequency of this antenna is 5.8 GHz. This antenna is suitable for ISM band applications. The second design proposal introduces a V-shaped non-resonant antenna, where the end of the V-shape is terminated with resistance. This antenna operates at a radiation frequency of 5.2 GHz and is specifically designed for WLAN applications newline
