Structural and electrical characterization of lanthanum and or manganese modified complex ceramics

Abstract

newline Lots of research works have already been carried out on nonlinear characteristics of magnetic newlineand dielectric materials in past but still there are much scopes for researcher on coupling newlinebetween order parameters for possible industrial applications. The coupling of parameters is newlinepossible in few materials having dielectric characteristic. Such materials are known as newlinemultiferroics. Now a days, much attention is given to develop a single phase bismuth based newlinematerial by combining bismuth titanate (Bi4Ti3O12) and bismuth ferrite to form Bi5Ti3FeO15 newline(BTFO) for application use. The prepared polycrystalline samples show the Aurivillius newlinestructure. The materials are refined and their structural analyses have been calculated by xray newlinediffraction method. In this thesis the study of structural and electrical characteristics of newlineMn+4/La+3 modified BTFO. The x-rays radiation shows the orthogonal phase of the newlinecompound. Analysis of micro-structural images shows homogeneous distribution of grains of newlinealmost same shape and equal dimension which suggests formation of reasonably high-density newlinesample. Comprehensive analysis of insulating (dielectric constant, dissipation
