Education is the only newlineinstrument by which a nation transforms form, what it is into, what it newlinehopes to be. It is this social apparatus through which policy makers and newlinecitizens can guide nation s destiny and shape its future. (Das, P., 2016). It newlineis rightly been declared by Kothari commission (1964-66), In a world newlinebased on science and technology, it is education that determines the level newlineof prosperity, welfare and security of the people. On the quality and newlinenumber of the person coming out of schools and college will depend our newlineachievement in the great enterprise of national reconstruction whose4 newlineprincipal object is to raise the standard of our people . National newlineCurriculum Frame Worked (NCF) 2005 has correctly observed: children newlinecannot wake one fine morning when they are 18 and know how to newlineparticipation preserve and in hence a democracy, especially if they have newlinehad no personal or even second hand experience of it .
