Abstract

Now a days drug with different types of biomolecules are studied such as drug protein, drug-sugars, drug-surfactants and drug salts interactions in solution are important in medicinal chemistry as well as pharmaceuticals. Drug molecules are chemical entities characterized by presence of different functional groups such as polar (hydrophilic) and non- polar (hydrophobic) groups are useful their therapeutic properties. Solution behavior of drug molecule can give significance to understanding their physiological action Density and derived properties such as apparent molar volumes, partial molar volumes are useful and valuable which provide information about ion-ion, ion solution and solvent solvent interactions Surfactants are widely used in drug industry to enhance drug solubility, drug stability, drug release, drug uptake and also to improve biological profile of drug it also used in pharmaceuticals formulations such as suspension and emulsions . newlineDensity, ultrasonic velocity and refractive index of drugs in aqueous and mixed organic media are important in medicinal and pharmaceuticals and useful for understanding the interactions such as hydrophilic hydrophilic , hydrophobic-hydrophobic interctions in solutions with the help of ultrasonic technique data we can collect information regarding strength and nature of molecular interactions in solution newline. Thermodynamic and transport properties of Drug and and#946;- cyclodextrin in water mixtures gives important information in pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry. The interactions between drug and and#946; -cyclodextrin are considerably important in the drug development and its usefulness and of molecular interaction and solvation behavior of and#946;- cyclodextrin in presence of drugs is significant in medicinal and pharmaceutical chemistry. Hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups of and#946; -cyclodextrin and dipolar water interactions play a vital role in their stability and structural behavior of and#946; -cyclodextrin. newlinebecause most biochemical and physiological process takes place in water medium.
