Shodhganga has crossed the remarkable milestone of 6,00,000 Theses. The Hon'ble Director, INFLIBNET Centre, Prof. Devika P. Madalli, marked this occasion by uploading the 6,00,000th thesis to the repository on 7th May 2025.

All Amendments to the MoU received by 31st January 2026 have been duly signed and dispatched.

Successfully completed Three Days Training on Policies and Guidelines for the University Coordinators of Shodhganga and ShodhShuddhi/PDS (offline mode) during 04th–06th August, 2025.

Shodhganga has recently enhanced server performance and temporarily disabled theses counts from the University Homepage. For updated theses counts, check the Upload Date tab.

About ShodhShuddhi

Based on the recommendation of Sub-Committee, National Steering Committee (NSC) of e-ShodhSindhu, The Ministry of Education, Govt. of India has initiated a programme "ShodhShuddhi" which provides access to Plagiarism Detection Software (PDS) to all universities/Institutions in India since Sept 1, 2019.

Under this initiative, URKUND a Web Based Plagiarism Detection Software system is being provided to all users of universities/Intuitions in the country. This initiative is formally launched by Honorable Minister of HRD (now renamed as Minister of Education) on September 21, 2019.
